It is symmetrically balanced and classic in design. The puzzle pieces can represent many ideas to convey what the organization stands for, giving a strong mental image for the target audience to associate with. The words also connect with the image. That makes this a memorable piece. The fact that the puzzle pieces are repeated and varied creates unity in the piece. I love the play of the negative space around the puzzle pieces because it keeps the viewers attention long enough to read the words and make the image association. The design in innovative and fresh.
